“Sky of White Roses”

As a final project in their Holocaust and Human Behavior and Art I classes, students at MACCS consider the importance of memory and legacy by designing a memorial. “Sky of White Roses” pays tribute to Sophie Scholl, Hans Scholl, and Christoph Probst, upstanders who were members of the White Rose, a resistance group that spoke out against the Nazi party by writing and distributing leaflets.
