The Crack Through Life project


Holocaust survivors have endured suffering and horrors, loss of relatives, humiliation of human dignity. Such superhuman shocks could not affect emotions. “What we remember and what demands we make on our memories affect who we become.” These words of Karl Jaspers make it our duty to stop and reflect on what and how we remember today, how we handle our responsibility to history.
