We are pleased to be able to share with you a Blog Talk Radio broadcast, “A Visit With the Holocaust Educators Network: What’s Writing Got to Do With It?” in which HEN teachers speak about their experiences during and after the Memorial Library summer seminar. In the first half of the broadcast, you will hear 2010 participants Paul Cesmat, Enithie Hunter, and Paula Mercier discuss their time in New York. In the second half, 2008 participant Jan Hausmann along with fellow Dakota Writing Project member Jason Murray (Choctaw/Chickasaw) describes the “DWP Holocaust Institute: Exploring the Issues of Cultural Trauma, Identity, and Resilience in the Jewish and Native American Communities.” Click here for the link.
