Julia Cheng joined TOLI in 2015. She graduated from Wesleyan University with a BA in East Asian Studies and from Hunter College with a MSEd in Early Childhood education. She has a background in educational nonprofits and and publishing and has also taught English in South Korea and served two terms with AmeriCorps.
