On October 25, 2011, Mr. Golde came to the bilingual classroom to meet with students who are writing his biography as part of the national "Adopt a Survivor Program". This was the first in a series of five meetings he will have with the students as they work together and share an incredible journey.
Holocaust survivor, Henry Golde shares his story and a message to fight hate. His quote is "Love is Everything and Hate is Nothing". He authored the book titled "Ragdolls" which tells his story of being taken from his home in Poland at age 11 and moved to 9 different concentration camps.
