My project was designed to look like a target board, with the different areas shaped like the Star of David, a symbol of the Jewish religion. The target board idea respresents how Jews were the main target during the Holocaust genocide, and the word genocide is at the top. Each section of the board represents something different relating to the Holocaust.

Newspaper around target- The role of propaganda during the Holocaust
Paperclips- Resistance where people formed a combined effort to fight against the Nazi regime
Matches- The Jewish possessions, houses, and synagogues that were burned; also the crematoria
Jewish gold Star of David patch- Jews that were the primary subject of persecution who were forced to wear identification patches
