As part of NSUWP’s K-16 partnership with my school, my seniors conducted research on Jewish life in Nazi Germany and the Holocaust, and they’re now working to recreate and adapt a scene from Macbeth set in that time period. THis is a Torah ark decoration from the late 1800s or early 1900s. It decorated a Torah ark in a synagogue on South Seventh Street in Philadelphia. I saw this in Washington, DC, at the Smithsonian.
